WHAT IS THE OZMAH REWARDS PROGRAM?
· The Ozmah Rewards Program was introduced to be able to give back to our loyal customers who have supported us and continue to support us. This is a free rewards program that lets you earn points on all your purchases and later redeem those points for “Rewards”. It is a program that that rewards you for your loyalty, and the level of the program is based on your yearly spend.
· To give our members the maximum amount of time on a level. Once they jump a tier they will stay on that tier for 12 months. So, our members have 365 days of opportunity to earn bonus rewards and all the perks of being on a higher tier.
WHO CAN JOIN AND HOW DO I JOIN?
· Ozmah Rewards Program is available to all customers over the age of 18 Years worldwide. To join click here or on the Home page you can click on the widget on the bottom of the page or any heading that states “Rewards”. Once on the page Fill out your details. Once you accept the terms and privacy policy, you’re officially a member. It’s that simple!

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
· Points are earned online and in store, including any pop-up stores points. To collect points in store or at a Pop-up remember to provide your details so you can earn points on your purchases.
· To start with as soon as you create an account you are rewarded with 500 points.
· If you are an existing customer, when you sign into your account it will activate the 500 sign in you will have the 500 points attached to your account already.
· Completing your profile earns an extra 50 points.
· On your Birthday you will receive 200 points.
· Subscribe to our Newsletter 50 points.
· Leave a google review 50 points
· Follow us on Instagram 50points.
· Like a story on Facebook 50 points
· Share us on face book 20 points
· Subscribe us on you tube 10 Points
· Refer a Friend each receive 20 Points
· Entry Tier will earn 1 Point for every $1 spent
· Bronze Tier will earn 2 Points for every $1 spent
· Silver Tier will Earn 3 Points for every $1 spent
· Gold Tier will Earn 4 Points for every $1 spent
· Platinum Tier will Earn 5 Points for every $1 spent
· From time to time, we will offer bonus points and bonus rewards on selected products and purchases.
· Your points will be displayed on your membership account which can take up to 24 hours to update. Or when they order is fulfilled.
HOW DO I LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT?
· From the home page go into any heading that states Rewards or click on the rewards widget.
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT LEVELS OF EACH PROGRAM AND WHAT DO I NEED TO REACH EACH TIER?
ENTRY TIER: $1 -$499
BRONZE TIER: $500 - $999
SILVER TIER: $1000 - $1499
GOLD TIER: $1500 - $1999
PLATNUM: $2000 +
The minimum spends required to enter each Tier is listed above. Once a tier has been reached the member will have 12 months of benefits of that tier. Also, this gives the member 12 months to maintain the tier they are in or even move up. When you move up a Tier your points earned on the lower level will be moved into the higher Tier achieved.
The yearly spend includes everything in store and online as well as any pop-up stores trade from time to time., Excluding sale items.
HOW MANY POINTS WILL I GET FOR COMPLETING MY PROFILE?
· You'll get 50 points for completing your profile.
WHEN DO I GET MY BIRTHDAY REWARDS?
· Firstly, you must ensure that on your rewards page you have entered your birthday details. You will receive your Rewards on Your Birthday. You are only entitled to this once a year. Any birthdays within the next 30 days of signing up will only get their rewards the following year.
WILL I GET POINTS IF I WAS PREVIOUSLY SUBSCRIBED TO OZMAH NEWSLETTER:
· Absolutely Customers who have subscribed to the Ozmah newsletter before the loyalty program went live will still earn points for the “Subscribe to Newsletter” action. If you have not previously earned points for subscribing in the Ozmah Rewards Program, you will receive the points after clicking the action.
HOW DO I GET MY WELCOME OFFER?
· When you've registered an account at Ozmah.com or in the Welcome offer within the next 24 hours. You'll find it under My account. If you haven't received it, check your spam filter or contact Customer Service.
· If you are an existing customer before the 26th Of September 2025 your 500 Rewards Points will be credit directly into your account when you sign in.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY REWARDS?
· You will receive updated information about your current offers and rewards on your account page in Ozmah.com website in the OZMAH REWARDS tab. Please note that a redeemed discount reward cannot be returned and reused, and if you return an item the points you earned for that item will be deducted from your account.
WHAT SPEND IS INCLUDED AND EXCLUDED FROM COUNTING TOWARDS MY LEVEL PROGRESSION AND MY REWARDS EARNT?
· Yes, all your purchases will earn you Points with only a few exceptions-Sale items, gift cards, delivery fees and Ozmah events. Remember you must be signed into your account online and provide your details in store for your purchase to count towards your points and your yearly spend.
· Purchases made without personal details cannot be added to your account later.
WILL I BE REFUNDED MY REWARDS COUPON IF I MAKE A RETURN?
· Rewards or coupons will not be reissued if you make a return or exchange. The Bonus amount is spread evenly across each item in your purchase, so if you return one or several items you will be given a refund for the amount that you paid for each item.
· Exchanges are available in store or online, where you will exchange for an item of the same value to the one you are returning, which no points will be gained by this transaction as points were earnt from the initial purchase.
WHAT HAPPENS IF PART OF MY ORDER IS CANCELED BECAUSE OF OZMAH NOT HAVING THAT PRODUCT?
· When Part of the Order is cancelled for what ever reason, you will be credited points for the portion that was shipped.
HOW MANY POINTS DO I GET FOR RATING AND REVIEWING A PRODUCT?
· You'll get 50 points for a google review. Your points will be updated 48h after your rating has been published.
· You can only rate your most recent online purchase, and products can only be rated once. You can rate up to 1 product a month. All feedback is welcome, but your review should be based on the product and help other customers make an informed decision on that item. We may decide not to publish your review if we feel it doesn’t meet our guidelines.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF EACH TIER?
IF I MOVE UP A TIER, WILL I KEEP MY POINTS FROM THE LOWER TIERS?
· Absolutely. The Points you earn and the rewards you redeem them for stays with you as you progress through all 5 tiers. New rewards don’t replace the old ones they get added to your account. store and online.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY TIER LEVEL STATUS EXPIRES?
· Tier level status is based on your yearly spend from the 12th of October 2025 to October the following Year. If you reach a new level, you’ll upgrade to that status and begin your new year on that Tier for 12 months.
· For example, if you qualify for Silver Tier in October 2025, you’ll remain in Silver Tier until September 2026. After that, your level will be re-evaluated based on your spend in 2026. If your purchases don’t meet the Silver Tier minimum, your status will adjust accordingly in October 2026.
· This makes sure your level reflects your most recent activity and gives you enough time to enjoy the benefits you've earned.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T MEET THE YEARLY SPEND THRESH HOLD?
- Depending on if you yearly spend you may slide a Tier down. But don’t worry in the following year once you have hit the minimum spend thresh hold of the tier above you will move up into that tier automatically and stay on that tier for 12 months after achieving it. Furthermore, there is no limitations on how many tiers you can jump up in 1 year.
DO THE OZMAH POINTS EXPIRE?
· The Points earned expire 365 days after you earn them as long as you interact with the store before the oldest point expires. For more information about your status of your points just log into your account and track your points. Don’t worry, if you don’t, we will send you reminder emails.
DO THE OZMAH REWARDS EXPIRE?
· The Rewards Selected will expire in 90 days. For more information about your status of your Rewards Earnt just log into your account and track your Rewards. Don’t worry, if you don’t, we will send you reminder emails
CAN I REGISTER POINTS AFTER A PURCHASE?
- Unfortunately, not. In line you or instore you need to provide your details at the time of the transaction to benefit from the rewards.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PROGRESS IN THE PROGRAM?
· You can check your current membership level and progress to your next level in the Membership Rewards Page online.
HOW CAN I MANAGE MY MEMBERSHIP OR UPDATE MY INFORMATION?
· Sign in online. You’ll find everything you need to manage your information in the REWARDS Dashboard. With your email address and your password.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I REDEEM AN OFFER?
· An offer can be redeemed once.
HOW LONG IS AN OFFER VALID?

· Yes, the membership is personal and connected to your account.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
· You can cancel your membership by contacting Customer Service.
HOW DO I LEAVE THE OZMAH REWARDS PROGRAM?
· We're sad to see you go, but if you must, here's what you need to know.
· You can leave Ozmah Rewards by submitting a request to delete your data to our customer Support team by email. This request means deleting your Ozmah account, which includes your membership status, Rewards Collected, order history, saved addresses, and other account details.
· Keep in mind that once your account is deleted, your membership and access to all the associated benefits will end because we cannot provide you a membership account without knowing who you are.
CAN I USE AFTERPAY AND GET THE BENEFITS OF THE REWARDS PROGRAM?
· Absolutely, once you have made your purchase online or instore and the items have been full field (Taken or delivered) you will be credited your rewards points with 24 hours. Plus, you receive the benefit of paying your goods in 4 interest free instalments.

WILL USING MY POINTS AFFECT MY TIER PLACEMENT?
· No, redeeming your Rewards Points won't affect your Tier level because you have two separate balances.
· Your Rewards Points will be converted into coupons and the sale made with the coupons will not count towards your overall balance.
WHAT CAN I DO WITH THE POINTS I EARN?
· 500 Points = Free standard shipping Australia Wide.
· 500 Points = 10% Off Purchase.
· 650 Points = Free Shiffon Scarf.
· 1000 Points = 25% Off Purchase.
· 2500 Points = 50% Off Purchase.
CAN I COMBINE DIFFERENT DISCOUNTS IN ONE TRANSACTION?
· Absolutely. You can combine different rewards in one transaction here are some examples below:
- Amount discount: with Shipping discount.
- Percentage discount: with Shipping discount.
- Free Shipping discount: with Order discount class or Product discount class.
- Free Product discount: with Shipping discount or Product discount class.
- Product discount class with Order discount class.
WHAT ARE ORDER BOOSTERS?
· Order Boosters are an opportunity to earn extra reward points on top of the points earned in a normal transaction. There are by completing order a number of orders in a 12month period. Each sale must be a minimum$100 sale.
· Streak 1 – Complete 5 orders earn a bonus 250 Points
· Streak 2 – Complete 10 orders earn a bonus 500 Points
· Streak 3 – Complete 15 orders earn a bonus 1000 Points
I REDEEMED MY POINTS FOR A COUPON, WHERE CAN I FIND IT?
· You can find all your Coupons and claimed vouchers in your account in the ‘Rewards’ section on the Ozmah website.
WILL I EARN POINTS IF I SHOP FROM OVERSEAS?
· Yes! You can earn points when you shop from online.
· Points will be calculated based on Australian Dollars.
CAN I GIVE MY POINTS OR REWARDS COUPON TO A FRIEND?
· No, Ozmah Rewards are not transferable and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to anyone else. Attempts to transfer the rewards coupon code may invalidate the rewards coupon. You can always use your rewards coupon to buy someone else a gift.
